Does all processes qualify for Automation ?

While undertaking Automation for an organization, one has to consider the following…


  • The said processes should have a direct impact on revenue of the company or improve customer experience.


  • Process which are repetitive in nature, can be defined and have little or no intervention by an individual.


  • Lastly and the most important point is processes when automated one can quantify the value which is being derived from such automation in real numbers terms, which again bring us back to our first point, increase in revenue or improvement in CSAT (customer satisfaction score).
